Returns and Refunds:
All non-custom and non-event specific items can be returned for any reason
Please notify us of the return at sales@techwearusa.com and ship it back to us within 14 days of the items being received
All returns must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging
Please include a copy of your receipt in the package, so we know to whom we should process the return
Once the returned item(s) has been received, we will process the refund within 5 business days
Shipping charges incurred are non-refundable
If you would like to keep the item but there is a manufacturer defect or error, please notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will send to you a return label. Once the item has been returned, we will send a new item back to you
Non-returnable / non-refundable items:
Items with custom artwork or names added
Match jerseys or items created for an event
If there is a manufacturer defect or error, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) and we will send to you a return label. Once the item(s) has been returned, we will fix the error(s) and resend the corrected item(s) back to you
